Engineering challenge
The site required a compliant OSD system within a constrained footprint, while the driveway design needed to satisfy Council's DCP grade requirements and demonstrate safe vehicle access via swept path analysis.

CATES designed an OSD tank system sized to Council requirements, prepared a driveway long section demonstrating compliant grades, and completed AutoTURN swept path analysis for the design vehicle. Public domain works including kerb and gutter and footpath reinstatement were designed to Council standards.
Outcome
DA and CC approvals obtained. Civil and stormwater engineering delivered across all project stages from DA through to construction completion.
